Can ChatGPT teach me to strip?

Can ChatGPT teach striptease? Just before sitting down to write this newsletter I was talking to someone about ChatGPT. I knew I was writing the newsletter about stripping, and I wondered – what advice might ChatGPT have about it?

So for the first time I accessed the system and asked, ‘How do I perform a striptease?’.

I have to admit, its advice is spot-on, and even covers consent: “If you're unsure about how your partner will react, consider discussing it with them beforehand to ensure that both of you are on the same page and comfortable with the idea. Consent and communication are essential in any intimate situation.”

I am impressed!

But it hasn’t done me out a job just yet. The advice is very much an overview – there is lots more to say on the topic! And it depends on the detail of your question. ‘How do I strip?’ comes back with ‘Are you asking about stripping paint, wire, clothing, or something else?’

Teaching striptease is one of my favourite things to do and 2023 has given me some wonderful opportunities, including teaching a gent in his 60s who was the most effervescent, joyful student I’ve ever had. Age and gender shouldn’t be a barrier if you feel drawn to the artform like he is (and as I always have been)… although sadly he’s not yet found anywhere to perform to an audience. The mainstream view seems to be that a heterosexual 60-something man stripping is either coming from a place of suspect intention, or isn’t worth watching. The mainstream is missing out! I’d love to see a world where all beings (behaving in a consensual and respectful manner) are welcomed to enjoy and express their erotic selves.

Stripping enables you to do this. What are the other benefits of learning this artform? Increased connection with your erotic energy and with your body as a sensual tool of communication; sovereignty over your sexual body; confidence; and awareness of the power of eye contact. Plus its playful and fun! ChatGPT recognises this in saying ‘Don’t take yourself too seriously!’

I got the opportunity to say lots more about the magic of striptease recently for an upcoming online Sex & Intimacy Empowerment Summit (run by AVAIYA online university). As well as a little chat around my own experiences of striptease, we cover why and how learning to strip can be transformational; the changes I see in my clients who learn to strip; an overview of tips for stripping for one’s partner; and more. So if you want to learn more please check it out!

The Summit starts on Thursday and registration is open now. It’s free (you’ll get offered lots of upsells – but hey businesses need to make their money somewhere), and I’m one of 30 experts who have contributed. I’ve also signed up for access as I’m looking forward to watching the other experts’ talks. You can sign up for it by clicking here*:
